near these areas. Some of these areas are still unspoilt and secluded.
Other areas, like the fishing village of Los Cristianos, are now heavily built-up
but still have a certain charm that attracts many people from all over the world,
year after year.
Here are just a few villages that we can provide top class luxurious
accommodation in:
CALLAO SALVAJE: Callao
Salvaje is situated on the west coast of Tenerife within easy access to the
southern airport. It is near other popular seaside villages such as Playa
Paraiso, La Caleta and Playa San Juan. It is a quiet area but within easy
access to all the entertainment that Playa de las Américas can provide
(10 minute drive). The resort is still developing and has a good
selection of restaurants, cafés and a growing number of shops.
The villas included here are situated throughout the resort, including the popular
Sueno Azul development where you will find a mixture of villas and apartments.
All villas have their own private swimming pool. A few villas available
for rent are located next door to each other which is handy if you have a large
party and need accommodation together.
LOS CRISTIANOS: The
famous old fish restaurants of Los Cristianos are now gone from the seafront
which is a real shame as they are sadly replaced by burger bars and the like.
But this old fishing port is now busier than it ever was. Why? One
reason is that it still has a certain charm about it, with pockets of the old
world lifestyle still remaining. Another important reason is that most
of this area is wheelchair friendly. We have many wheelchair bound clients
who love the freedom that Los Cristianos provides and they return each year
for the warmth and good food and entertainment that this centre provides.
LOS GIGANTES: Situated
on the west coast, this quiet resort huddles below awesome cliffs, which drop
almost sheer into the sea. A variety of shops and restaurants are situated
around the pretty marina and from here boat trips depart daily for a spot of
dolphin and whale watching.
PLAYA PARAISO: Playa
Paraiso is a quiet resort offering a few music bars, restaurants and shops making
it ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. However the bustling resort
of Playa de las Américas is only a fifteen minute drive away which offers
a vast array of tourist facilities. Playa Paraiso also offers a small
pebbly beach but the main attraction is the lido with a large lagoon style pool
and ocean views.
PLAYA SAN JUAN: This
small fishing village is situated on the coast, halfway between Playa de las
Américas and Los Gigantes. It is a typical small Spanish town with
a selection of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of our villas.
The villas here are all situated on the rocky sea front with outstanding views
across the ocean.

CHAYOFA: Chayofa is
an inland village near the sea where you will find a quiet relaxed atmosphere
with a few shops and restaurants. A wider variety of amenities can be
found within a five-minute drive at the nearby resort of Los Cristianos.

FRIDAY HOLIDAY START
& CHANGEOVER DAY: All the above villas have Friday
as their holiday start/changeover day. This means that you can only book
your holiday for these villas to start on a Friday
but you can arrive and depart whenever you like within the period you have booked.
RENTAL PRICE GUIDE: Rental prices
vary depending upon when you want to go on holiday and how many bedrooms you
require for your holiday. For example, the higher prices quoted are usually
for holiday periods which include Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Easter and
school holidays. Prices range from £599 to £1,999 Sterling
