Booking Cancellations: If you cancel your accommodation booking with us, you will automatically lose any payments paid previously to us. To help you recoup your losses, we will try to rent your cancelled accommodation to any third party that contacts us and is looking for similar accommodation that you have cancelled. We will then deduct a Cancellation Charge of £100 Sterling per week per apartment and try to refund the balance to you at a later agreed time. You should claim any lost payments from your Travel Insurance policy. We strongly urge all our clients to take out Travel Insurance as soon as they book their accommodation and not just before they travel.
