Apartment Villa Description: This lovely Apartment villa has a sun-trap patio and a very large, lawned garden area (most other Apartments have smaller gardens) offering shade and a variety of flowers around the sides. It has full sunshine most of the day (up to about 5pm in winter and later in summer). It's a very lovely, large fully fitted Apartment Villa and highly recommended by clients that visit it. It has Satellite TV with quite a few English speaking channels. The Villa always looks clean because of the Daily Maid Service. The Villa always looks new because it is taken out of service for one week each year for general maintenance, repairs and painting. It has an indoor terrarium and a wonderful marble bathroom with some gold fittings and a fabulous Jacuzzi (with overhead skylight) to relax in at the end of the day with lots of bubbles and a glass of local Cava and tappas.
Amenities: The Resort is situated in San Eugenio, a quiet, residential area on the edge of Playa de las Américas. It has many excellent restaurants (we recommend the fabulous "Molino Blanco" Restaurant for your last evening meal on holiday), friendly bars and numerous shops very close by. The Resort is situated opposite the fun "Octopus AquaPark Water Park and Dolphinarium" complex which is very popular and usually visited by all our guests.
Bedroom: The Villa has 1 good-sized bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi en-suite. The double sized bed consists of 2 single beds bolted together to make 1 large bed. These can be unbolted to make 2 single beds, if required.
Sleeping Capacity: The Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people. 2 people sleep in the bedroom and 2 people sleep in the lounge area.
Transport: Taxis are usually available at the front of the resort, day or night. There are also many free buses that pass by the front of the Resort.
