Traditional Dancing In Tenerife

AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURES AND HOURS OF SUN IN TENERIFE:
Here's a handy chart for planning your next holiday to Tenerife.  Don't forget though that the temperatures shown are for the north of the island, with temperatures in the south sometimes being quite hotter in the midday sun.  Saying that, you'll need to take something warm for your visit to Mount Teide - even in mid summer, it gets quite cold at the top.  Don't make the mistake we made of driving straight from the beach in our beach gear up to the top of Teide - brrrrr!!!

A visit to the top of Mount Teide is a must for your first visit - take a cardie!

MOUNT TEIDE  (Pico del Teide):
A visit to Mount Teide is always a must for your first visit to Tenerife - sit on the lookout seat at the top and you'll find it to be one of the quietest and most peaceful places you'll ever visit.  The volcano is 3,718 metres high.

A visit to the top of Mount Teide is a must for your first visit - take a cardie!
