I must confess I was a bit dubious with regard to booking through the internet, as I have never done this before and had pictures of us arriving with no holiday accomodation waiting for us, and us having to kip on the beach for two weeks.
I cannot thankyou enough for organising such a great holiday. Staying at Island Village was fantastic for all the family.
Although you stated we would be staying in a villa we could not have dreamed that it would be as nice as we found it to be.

Sorry. I had been meaning to write you, but I was rather busy this week as
I had finals. We had a great time, although it went by way too fast! Everyone at Island Village was helpful and kind. We had no problems with
the room, so no problems to report to reception.
We had a great time. We rented a car through Island Village and were very
pleased with it. Everything was in walking distance or easy to get to by
car, so we had no problems going where we wanted. We went off without the
information packet you sent us, but remembered quite a bit of it. It was helpful.
Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful holiday and will be sure to
contact you if we ever get the chance to go back!

Comments - here goes - warts and all.The complex was fine - clean and well placed. The apartment was clean and well equipped The only problem - and this really is nothing to do with accommodation - is being accosted by someone - who did turn out to be a time share seller

Thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how the holiday apartment at La
Graciosa went:
We had a terrific time, the apartment was superb and was everything we had
hoped for.
The complex was the best we have ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness,
security,
facilities and position. Although it's quite near to the harbour, the loca
area is
residential so it was really quiet at night, no music or traffic which was
great.
The pools and surrounding areas were very well kept (virtually brand new)
and there
were plenty of sunbeds and parasols, (think that some of the apartments
were
residential).
I'd like to thank you very much for finding the La Graciosa apartment for
us, we will
certainly use your company again next time we take a holiday and would have
no
hesitation in recommending you to our friends & family.

Got back from Tenerife on Friday after 2 weeks in the sun.
Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for arranging the first week of our holiday in the Yucca Park, from 22nd - 29th October. Everything went without a hitch and we had a great time.
Thanks also for the information package that you sent out. Although we spend most of our time around the pool this was very informative.
The Yucca Park complex was very nice, compact and quite and exactly as you had described it. Although we had seen it many times from the outside this was the first time we had actually stayed there.
All in all I would like to say thank you and we would have no hesitation of booking our holiday through Tenerife Luxury Holidays again in the future.

Just a quick e-mail to say how much we enjoyed staying at the Flamingo Suites Hotel. I meant to do it earlier but have not got round to it before. The complex itself was superb and we didn't leave our suite at all during the day as we spent it on the terrace alongside the plunge pool. (The first time we have never gone to the beach in twelve visits to Tenerife).
I saw these apartments advertised on the Tenerife Luxury Holdays website and thought we would try them out as they looked really nice. We were certainly not disappointed, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, it had a very large lounge leading onto a huge private terrace with a private plunge pool.
There was a fully fitted seperate kitchen, and downstairs toilet. Upstairs was a large luxurious bedroom, with seperate dressing room and a huge bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath. The aprtment had marble floors without, was tastefully decorated and had english TV.
The complex has a very nice swimming pool with sunbeds around. I don't think there is any entertainmentat at the complex as there are only 24 (18) suites. There is a pool table upstairs and there is a free coffee machine in reception.
The apartments are obviously more expensive than average, but are much superior to anything we have ever stayed in in Tenerife. Some of the suites are cheaper as they do not have a private plunge pool and may be smaller.
I would definately recommend this complex if you are not bothered about entertainment (plenty within walking distance anyway), and you just want a relaxing holiday in the sun.
We look forward to staying at the Flamingo Suites again on our next visit early next year.

"We have visited Flamingo Suites 5 times now (the most recent for 3 weeks july and aug 2005) and the quality never ceases to impress. We think of the complex as a little oasis. Would recommend several local restaurants. Slow Boat, Harleys, Verdes and Cafe du Paris (in Las Americas). We did have an issue with some people wanting loud music around the swimming pool but this was stopped by the onsite security. Will definitely return maybe later this year but definitely next summer.

I have just looked at your e-mail you sent me on 26th may ,we had a very nice stay once again mom was ok but she isn,t herself but i think she enjoyed it and has said she would like to go back i think the flight is to much for her we will have to see how things go. we was allocated an elite with the rooftop terrace which was lovely the views where brilliant our friends also enjoyed there stay and made use of the buses thank you for getting us the apartment and will remember you for future times.
It is fine to use any comments i have about Santa Barbara i have only praise for it it would be nice if they didn't,t have the occasional sewerage smell but that depends which side your on and our apartment was by the bottle recycling that came in the middle of the night but i can live with that on the whole i love Santa Barbara it is such a relaxing holiday, i am of there again in 4 weeks but using half points this time on another girlie hol, my friend who i going with looked at the other resorts in Tenerife and still liked Santa Barbara the best it is going to be a sunbed holiday.

"Hi Chris.
I'm back safe and sound!
Your villa was great and we had a fab time and thanks to you for all your info bumph, things were made easier.
We didn't hire a car as we choose to do two excursions: a Jeep Safari and the trip out to see the whales and dolphins on the catamaran. The jeep safari took us up to Teide and then down through the National Park to the north side of the island for lunch and then we went to Masca in the afternoon and then back to the villa. Great fun, except for the video camera that accompanied us the whole way round! We have a copy but it will only be shown late at night when we are all out of our heads. We had great weather all week with the only day that wasn't sunny all day being Thursday afternoon when we were doing our final shopping (just cloudy). We did the 6km walk from Adeje on Monday afternoon and had the chicken and Canarian potatoes afterwards. Yum Yum! We had marinated then char cooked chicken at lunchtime on the Jeep Safari at a restaurant you wouldn't think had any attributes. But it was good.
We saw short finned pilot whales but no dolphins when we went to sea, but it really didn't matter as it was so lovely and restful being at sea.
There's lots more but I must get back to work. It's very difficult as I am so"Manyanaed"!
