Arrival in Tenerife: On your arrival in Tenerife, a driver will be waiting for you with your name on a board outside the airport's arrivals/baggage exit area, ready to whisk you away to your resort or hotel. For your return flight home, you will be collected at the front of your resort or hotel and driven back to your airport. All payment is made in advance of your holiday so that you don't have to worry about handling any foreign currency, possibly in the dark, and possibly when you are tired and when it's easy to make mistakes. “What is your emergency contact number?”

“How do I locate my driver or vehicle?”
Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email confirmation together with exact instructions for meeting your driver.
“What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?”
Call our emergency telephone number and they will direct you to your driver.
“How long will I have to wait at the airport? What about flight delays?”
Your airport transfer vehicle will normally be at the airport for the scheduled arrival time of your flight. Our agents in Tenerife monitor flight arrival times so as to be waiting for you when you arrive.
“General - I have lost my luggage, how can it be collected for me later?”
All airlines have handling agents. You can organise this with them yourself for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
“General - I have left something in the transfer vehicle. How do I get it back?”
Contact our emergency telephone number, giving details of the transfer and the missing items. Our agents will then endeavour to arrange delivery to you. In some circumstances, a charge may be applicable but at least you should get your items back which you probably wouldn't do if you used a normal taxi service in Tenerife.
“Bookings - can I have a refund?”
Under certain circumstances only, a refund could be given but you would normally claim for this on your own holiday insurance.
“Bookings - can I change the date of my transfer?”
Yes, under certain circumstances and subject to availability.
“Bookings - can I have a receipt?”
A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.
“The Transfer - how do I confirm my resort pickup time?”
This will normally be confirmed to you prior to your departure.
“What currency are your rates in?”
All prices are quoted and charged in pounds Sterling.
“The Transfer - can I have the driver's mobile number?”
No. If you have any problems, please contact our emergency telephone number.
“The Transfer - I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, golf bags, electric wheel chair, etc. Will there be enough room?”
Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by email and we will make the necessary arrangements. However, extra charges may be applicable.
